HIGHEReducation STO, Inc. (HESTO) is a school tuition organization founded under the guidelines of the state of Arizona. HIGHEReducation STO was founded and incorporated to provide educational scholarships and grants to qualified students attending private K-12 schools. HIGHEReducation STO uses Arizona state tax dollars available through the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit Law and general donations to fulfill this mission. Our purpose is to assist individuals or corporations to utilize their tax dollars to the fullest.

Notice: A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of donor recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependent.
